Should a unit need to be replaced or repaired, contact the Hot Line service to obtain an RMA number for returning the device, after which the client must send the product to SC Salvadori.
The sender will be charged for any damage caused by unsuitable packaging, and to have work done under guarantee, suitable proof of purchase must be provided (till slip or invoice).
The product must be sent back in the original packaging, with all the accessories provided, and suitably packaged to make it suitable for transportation.
